Weddings Wedding Planning, Coordinating, & Directing Services
Because each wedding is unique and should reflect the personalities and lifestyle of the couple we do not promote set packages. We offer complete personalization of services by allowing you to choose as many or as few services as needed. This ensures that not only will you receive the best value for your money, you will also have as much involvement in the planning process as you wish.
After a complimentary consultation you will be provided with a written estimate which will describe exactly what services you are getting for your money. Once you sign an agreement with Soirée Events, your price is set. There will be no surprise add-ons unless we agree to additional services in advance.
Our goal is to give our clients the highest quality of personalized service at the best possible price. Every couple deserves a wedding coordinator on their big day so they can enjoy themselves without stress, and it doesn’t necessarily have to be a large part of their budget.
Full Service Wedding Planning
For the couple who wants the ultimate in support and guidance from engagement to honeymoon. We will be there to guide you in every aspect of the planning, coordinating, and directing of your special day.
Services included:
- Recommend and secure a contract for a venue
- Make theme/event design recommendations
- Assist with selection of wedding party attire
- Attend meetings and secure contracts with vendors (caterer, pastry chef, photographer, floral designer, rentals, musicians, etc.)
- Create a floor plan design/seating arrangement for reception venue
- Assist with invitation and stationery selection/RSVP management
- Book accommodations for out of town guest
- Arrange for transportation, parking management, and security
- Arrange guest activities for wedding weekend
- Assemble favors and programs
- Assist in selection of gifts for the wedding party
- Oversee vendor set up for ceremony and reception
- Provide wedding party with a wedding weekend timeline and a list of their respective responsibilities
- Direct rehearsal (1 hour)
- Arrive at ceremony site the same time as the bride
- Distribute bouquets, pin corsages and boutonnieres
- Assist wedding party with any last minute details
- Direct ceremony/reception (introductions, first dances, cake cutting, toasts, bouquet and garter toss, and farewell exit)
- Oversee reception site clean-up
Partial Wedding Planning
For the couple who has begun the planning process but found they needed some guidance only a wedding professional can provide. We will step in at any time during the planning process. We can save you valuable time and money by providing a short list of vendors who offer good service at reasonable prices.
Services included:
- Recommending suitable vendors (venue, caterer, pastry chef, florist, photographer, musicians, etc)
- Negotiating with vendors
- Reviewing vendors’ contracts
- Scheduling appointments with vendors for clients to meet with them (where necessary)
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure services/products are delivered in a timely manner
- Coordinating final payment of vendors (if requested by client)
- Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors’ services/products
Day of Wedding Coordination & Directing
As a couple you have done all the planning and are ready for the wedding professional to step in and execute the plan, allowing you to relax and have a stress free wedding week. The wedding coordinator will meet with you about a month prior to the wedding date.
Services included:
- Site walk through
- Confirmation of vendors 2-4 weeks prior to the wedding date
- Oversee vendor set up for ceremony and reception
- Provide wedding party with a wedding day timeline and a list of their respective responsibilities
- Direct rehearsal (1 hour)
- Distribute bouquets, pin corsages and boutonnieres
- Direct ceremony and reception (introductions, first dances, cake cutting, toasts, bouquet and garter toss and farewell exit)
- Oversee vendor clean up

Hourly Consulting Services
For the bride who needs a little help getting started or the one who has done her “homework” and needs some assistance finalizing the details, our hourly consulting service can be extremely beneficial. Our experienced wedding professionals can help with such things as answering questions of etiquette, budget planning, recommending vendors, and creating your timeline. There is a two hour minimum.
